Talk to the Steel Canyon Security Chief[]
Briefing
There is trouble in Steel Canyon. Get your assignment from the Security Chief.
You will probably be dealing with the Outcasts, so be ready for anything.
Mission Objective(s)
- Talk to Security Chief in Steel Canyon
Briefing
Here is some info on the area. I need you to get out on the streets and contain the Outcasts. They can usually be found in Blyde Square or the Cooper District. |
Steel Canyon briefing | |
Steel Canyon is the financial district of Paragon City. Many national banks, insurance companies, and investment firms have their headquarters in this zone. In fact, so much money flows through Steel Canyon, Paragon City ranks among America's richest cities. Success has spurred the construction of so many skyscrapers that the place looks like a canyon made of concrete, glass and metal. The zone isn't without its dangers, though. The Outcasts have claimed the area as their own, and they've recruited a lot of kids with mutant powers related to the elements. That's what the Outcasts love best—beating down their enemies with the power of the elements. |
Mission Objective(s)
- Keep peace in Steel Canyon
- Defeat 10 Outcasts
You have defeated 10 Outcasts.
Enemies
Debriefing
Well done; those Outcasts are a powerful bunch. It seems the number of mutants in the city is increasing rapidly.
Hit the streets and defeat a few Lost[]
Briefing
The scientists over at SERAPH want some more data on these mysterious Lost. If we can find out what has happened to those homeless people, we may be able to help them. I need you to hit the streets and defeat a few Lost. Take some tissue samples, then bring the data back to me.
Field reports have groups of the Lost in Kings Row and inside Perez Park. Good luck.
Medical kit | |
This medical kit contains sterile swabs and a dozen syringes. With it, you should be able to sample enough Lost tissue to give the doctors some insight into the strange changes taking place among the homeless population. |
Mission Objective(s)
- Collect tissue samples from Lost
- Defeat 10 Lost
You have collected enough tissue samples from the Lost.
Enemies
Tissue Samples | |
You took these tissue samples from the Lost you defeated. They may help the scientists at SERAPH determine what has turned the homeless into the Lost. |
Debriefing
Thanks. I hope your efforts have brought us closer to solving this mystery once and for all.
Go to Kings Row and put an end to the Lost assaults[]
Briefing
Some of the citizens in Kings Row have reported attacks by those mysterious Lost! I need a hero who can get to Kings Row and put an end to the Lost's assaults. I don't know what has happened to the homeless lately, but I know we can't let them terrorize the rest of the city.
Thanks. I can always count on you.
Mission Objective(s)
- Combat Lost in Kings Row
- Defeat 10 Lost
You have discouraged the Lost from assaulting citizens in Kings Row
Enemies
Debriefing
You did good work today. With you at my side, I'm confident we'll crack the mystery of the Lost!
Confiscate the drugs[]
Briefing
I've got a good lead on an abandoned warehouse where the Skulls are storing their stash of Superadine. I need you to get in there and confiscate the drugs. That should put a serious crimp in the Skulls' distribution plans!
Watch out for the Skull they call the Defier. He's sent more than one hero to the hospital.
Mission Objective(s)
Time hasn't been kind to this old building, and the Skulls' willful destruction has completed its ruin.
- Defeat Defier and his crew
- 5 drug stashes to confiscate
You confiscated the Superadine and arrested the Defier.
Notable NPCs
- The Defier (Skulls Bone Daddy)
Enemies
Debriefing
Well, that's one load of Superadine that will never see the streets! Excellent work.
Investigate Peterson Waste Management and stop any Skull plot you discover[]
Briefing
No one has been seen leaving the offices of Peterson Waste Management for the last few days. I've heard rumors of Skulls in the area, and I'm afraid they may have done something to those office workers. I need you to investigate Peterson Waste Management and stop any Skull plot you discover. You only have 75 minutes to stop the Skull plot.
I have a bad feeling about this. But I firmly believe you can handle it.
Mission Objective(s)
A woman's scream is followed by the sound of a vicious slap.
- Stop Skull leader and his crew - 1:15:00
- 5 hostages to save, 5 bombs to disarm
You rescued the hostages and dismantled the bombs.
Enemies
Notable NPCs
- 5 Terrified office workers (Hostages)
The office worker's story | |
One of the office workers you rescued told you:
'They tried to force us to take Superadine! And I heard one of them say that taking too much can turn you into one of the Trolls!' |
Notes
- There is not a named Skulls leader in the mission. Clearing the final room fulfils the objective requirements.
Debriefing
So the Skulls were trying to poison those people by forcing them to overdose on Superadine? It just doesn't make sense. There's no connection at all between the Skulls and Peterson Waste Management. I really think the Skulls are small time players with big time backing. I'd bet my life they're doing the bidding of somebody else!
Go to Kings Row and show the Skulls they can't pick on Paragon City's businessmen[]
Briefing
The Skulls have started extorting money from the business owners in Kings Row. If the victims don't pay up, the Skulls trash their businesses. Someone's got to get to Kings Row and show the Skulls they can't pick on Paragon City's businessmen. I think you're just the one to do it.
You can find a lot of Skulls in the Gish, or near the Royal Refinery.
Mission Objective(s)
- Combat Skulls in Kings Row
- Defeat 10 Skulls
You have discouraged the Skulls from extorting money from business owners in Kings Row.
Enemies
Debriefing
Kings Row owes you one. I'm glad we can keep the wheels of commerce turning over there.
Investigate the warehouse []
Briefing
I need you to investigate a warehouse for me. Eyewitnesses say they've seen people walk in, stay for a couple of hours, then leave looking much bigger and stronger than when they entered. One of the witnesses said the warehouse is under the control of a homeless man called Unlucky Pete. I'd like you to track him down; he may well have some answers for us.
This could be the first step towards figuring out what is behind the strange behavior of the homeless.
Mission Objective(s)
This warehouse should be busy, but the only people you've seen are the bedraggled members of the city's homeless population.
- Defeat Unlucky Pete and his helpers
You defeated Unlucky Pete.
Notable NPCs
- Unlucky Pete (The Lost Headman Blaster)
Enemies
Debriefing
More of those Lost. Interesting. You say the leader wanted the rest of the homeless to undergo some kind of change? I think we're on the trail of something big.
