Arctic Mastery

Arctic Mastery is one of the Ancillary Power Pools available to Tankers.

You have Mastery over ice and snow to blast your foes and control your foes.

ArcticMastery BlockOfIce Block of Ice[]

You can freeze a single foe in a Block of Ice. The target is frozen solid, helpless, and can be attacked. More powerful foes may not be held, but all affected targets will be slowed.

ArcticMastery Chillblains Chillblain[]

Immobilizes your target in an icy trap. Deals some damage over time and slightly slows the target's attack and movement speed. Useful for keeping villains at bay.

IceBlast Bolt Ice Blast[]

Ice Blast hurls shards of ice at foes and slows their attacks and movement for a time. Slower recharge than Ice Bolt, but more damage. More powerful foes may not be held, but all affected targets will be Slowed.

You can blast forth a wide cone of chilling air that dramatically slows the movement and attack rate of nearby foes. You must be level 41 and have Chilblain or Block of Ice before selecting this power.
