This recipe, when crafted, will give the crafting character the ability to add the Winged Boots at the Tailor. There are four styles of Winged Boots, which all become available with the recipe: "Plate", "Pegasus", "Dragon", and "Tech". They all give your character a blurred aura when moving, jumping, or flying (unsure about teleport), and the aura color is dependent on the primary color of the boots.

This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by defeating enemies, from another player at Wentworth's or the Black Market, or by trading. It is an uncommon drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 100 influence or infamy. This is usually (but not always) much less than you could sell it for at Wentworth's or on the Black Market.
This recipe is considered level 1 for crafting purposes. The requirements for crafting this enhancement are:
- 5,000 influence or infamy,
1 Runebound Armor,- 1 Human Blood Sample, and
- 1 Clockwork Winder.
