Encouraged Accuracy

Bug! Encouraged Accuracy recipes are dropping only at levels 10 through 16. Level 17, 18, 19, and 20 recipes are not available.

Encouraged Accuracy is a To Hit Buff enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-20 level range.

There are three enhancements in this set:

• Encouraged Accuracy: To Hit Buff,
• Encouraged Accuracy: To Hit Buff/Rech, and
• Encouraged Accuracy: To Hit Buff/Rech/End Reduction.

Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power.

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

• Two enhancements grants 1.5% debt protection.
• Three enhancements improves the Damage of all your powers by 1.5%.
