General K. Alito is a NPC who belongs to the Rogue Vanguard faction. He can be found in Gaussian, as an enemy, and Mr. G (Primal)'s arc, as an ally.
Description[]
General Alito was once one of the leaders of a rogue faction of Vanguard. His plans were stopped by a super-powered individual, and he was put in a Vanguard prison afterwards. His escape went unnoticed due to Vanguard's focus on repelling the Praetorian invasion. Now, Alito wishes to build up his power once more, believing that he was in the right the entire time, and that one day Vanguard will pay for crushing him.
