Health Department Inspector
As an inspector for the Health Department, Haley investigates health hazards associated with super-powered, super-natural and alien events. Her group is dedicated to making sure the city´s residents live in safety, and that their homes protect them from Paragon City´s exotic threats. For example, most cities don´t require radiation shielding for private residences. Nor do most building codes call for walls strong enough to withstand the impact of a flying hero. Halley specialized in identifying new threats and liaising with heroes who can help her find more information.

Rescue Ahlana from the Circle of Thorns[]
Briefing
A local fortune teller called Ahlana has been reported missing, but she's left us a clue to her fate. According to the reading she gave the day before she disappeared, she was destined to be kidnapped by a cruel Circle mage known as Tarsis. Can you rescue Ahlana from the Circle of Thorns? I'm sure fate will smile on you if you can.
If you can't, I think we'll have to consider this mission a failure. I've got an extra emergency teleporter for you to take her, just in case
Ahlana has a reputation for being very accurate. Who knows what the Circle could do with the information she provides?

You catch sight of a robed figure in the darkness. You may be close to the Circle and the missing fortune teller.

There is a popular new metaclub called Black Ice in a warehouse in Kings Row. Lately, the Hellions have caused a number of brawls there. I need you to clear the Hellions out of Black Ice.
I need you to kick the Hellions out, one way or another.

Briefing
I have some friends who collect ancient weapons. When they found out that I worked with you they were quite impressed. They follow your exploits on the night news. They asked me to ask you a favor. They have seen the Circle of Thorns wield some very interesting weapons, and were wondering if you could procure one for their collection?
Rooftops in Kings Row, or inside the woods in Perez Park are your most likely places to find Circle of Thorns activity.

Go to Perez Park and disrupt the Circle's rituals[]
Briefing
The mystics over at MAGI are worried about Perez Park. It seems the Circle of Thorns has been spinning some seriously bad mojo in that city zone, and it's about to spiral out of control. I need you to get over to Perez Park and disrupt the Circle's rituals.
You should concentrate on Bettis Hills inside the park itself. Those are the areas where the Circle is most often seen.

Briefing
Lately, the Clockwork have been tearing Boomtown apart. Report to the Security Chief for that zone and he will tell you what to do.
I don't know why they do this, but the Clockwork are becoming more of a menace every day. Watch out for the huge monster, Babbage!

| Baumton was the city's first marketplace, where tradesman and farmers went to sell their wares. After the Rikti Invasion, people started calling it Boomtown, because the devastation reminded them of a bomb crater. It's pretty dangerous. If I were you, I wouldn't go in without a few other heroes for backup. The place is infested with those Clockwork robots. They look like toys, but they cause plenty of havoc by stealing bits of machinery and metal from all over. Even worse, a giant clockwork monster called Babbage prevents any pacification of the zone. Be especially careful of him. |
