New Contact(s)[]

You should think about talking to Detective Jose Brogan. He's pretty intense, but he's a great cop and a good person to know if you are looking for information on the Lost. His beat is Atlas Park.

Detective Brogan will let you in on some interesting cases.

You should introduce yourself to Genevieve Sanders. She's a pharmacist with a heart of gold who does a lot of community work, and she loves to help heroes against the Hellions and the Circle of Thorns. Genevieve is near the hospital in Kings Row.

She is one of the nicest people I know.

I suggest you see if Jill Pastor from the FCC has anything for you. She's always looking for heroes to help her out with the Vahzilok. Jill's offices are in Skyway City.

Jill is very serious about catching the bad guys and is willing to give valuable info to any hero who can get the job done.

There's an EPA investigator named Kyle Peck who's known for working well with heroes. I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out as well, and, more importantly, I think you could help him against the Vahzilok. Kyle's connections keep him in Steel Canyon most of the time.

Kyle is fiercely dedicated. As long as you show commitment to helping Paragon City, you will have a strong ally.

You should consider introducing yourself to Laurence Mansfield. He is one of the more personable county coroners. He can be a very helpful resource on the Hellions and the Circle of Thorns. He is located in Atlas Park.

Mansfield has a strange sense of humor sometimes.

You should talk to Maurice Feldon some time. He keeps track of anything that's going on in the science world. He's particularly interested in the Clockwork King. Maurice's company is in Galaxy City so you can usually find him there.

Maurice may be a little reckless, but he is very intelligent and he means well.

Tony Kord is a good person to know. He knows what's happening in the city, especially where the Clockwork are concerned, and he'll often suggest solutions. Tony's company is in Atlas Park, so he usually hangs out there.

Deal honestly with Tony if you want his help.

Information[]

Hero Corps Liaison

Hero Corps has turned fighting crime into a profitable business, by employing teams of heroes and contracting work out to freelancers. Henry Peter Wong is a low-level hero liaison, whose job it is to give low-priority or low-threat cases to relatively inexperienced heroes. Henry Peter is relatively new to the business, but his brother was a famous hero called Star Strike, who died in the Rikti War. Although he doesn't have his brother's powers, Henry Peter still wants to work with heroes. He realizes that his success in the company depends on the successes of the heroes he works with, so he gives them as much information as he possibly can.

Talk to Lt. David Wincott[]

Briefing

Have you heard about the Hollows? Ever since the Trolls moved into Eastgate, the Paragon PD has been fighting a losing battle against them. If you're willing, I'd like you to go talk to Lt. David Wincott of the Trolls Task Force. He could really use your help in reclaiming the Hollows. Of course, we can really use your help here, too. Wherever you'd like to lend a hand, you'll be welcome.

The Trolls are the worse problem in the Hollows, but they aren't the only one. I'll let Lt. Wincott fill you in.

Hollows Briefing
Eastgate used to be a nice residential neighborhood with a view of the ocean. Before Trolls moved in, that is. On a quest for more territory, a group of Trolls headed into the sewers under Eastgate with the intent of blasting open a large area. What they didn't know that that there was already an extensive cave warren beneath the area. Their blasts destabilized the ground and collapsed a large section of the zone. When the dust settled, the surviving Trolls realized that they had found an excellent area for expansion. This event became known as the Hollowing. Since the Hollowing, other groups have moved into the area, including the Outcasts, the Circle of Thorns, and the strange rock-like creatures known as Pumicites. The Paragon City Police Department has its hands full trying to expel these threats so that reconstruction on the Hollows can begin.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Talk to Lt. David Wincott

Talk to the Steel Canyon Security Chief[]

Briefing

There is trouble in Steel Canyon. Get your assignment from the Security Chief.

You will probably be dealing with the Outcasts, so be ready for anything.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Talk to Security Chief in Steel Canyon

Briefing

Here is some info on the area. I need you to get out on the streets and contain the Outcasts. They can usually be found in Blyde Square or the Cooper District.

Steel Canyon briefing
Steel Canyon is the financial district of Paragon City. Many national banks, insurance companies, and investment firms have their headquarters in this zone. In fact, so much money flows through Steel Canyon, Paragon City ranks among America's richest cities. Success has spurred the construction of so many skyscrapers that the place looks like a canyon made of concrete, glass and metal. The zone isn't without its dangers, though. The Outcasts have claimed the area as their own, and they've recruited a lot of kids with mutant powers related to the elements. That's what the Outcasts love best—beating down their enemies with the power of the elements.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Keep peace in Steel Canyon
    • Defeat 10 Outcasts

You have defeated 10 Outcasts.

Well done; those Outcasts are a powerful bunch. It seems the number of mutants in the city is increasing rapidly.

Stop Vahzilok from Stealing Bodies[]

Briefing

We've gotten reports of a strong Vahzilok presence in the sewers. They are using them to access the mortuary and steal corpses. Will you stop the Vahzilok from stealing those bodies? Paragon City's fallen citizens deserve better than this.

The sewer entrance is marked on your map. Watch out for the Vahzilok called Digger.

Mission Objective(s)

The smell of fresh corpses makes it obvious that you have found Digger's lair.

  • Defeat Digger and his minions

You have defeated Digger, stopping any further thefts from the mortuary.

  • Stolen Corpses: During this mission you can find some corpses stolen by the Vahzilok. Each corpse recovered will net you some Influence and perhaps an Enhancement. The number of stolen corpses in this mission may be as high as 14, perhaps even higher.

Debriefing

The mortuary reports that the thefts have stopped. Great job!

Go to Kings Row and stop the Vahzilok kidnappings[]

Briefing

Kings Row has been bearing the brunt of the latest Vahzilok kidnapping spree. I need a hero who can get to Kings Row and stop the Vahzilok kidnappings. I don't want to hear about one more missing person case!

The Gish has suffered a lot in this latest round of abductions. High Park has also seen a lot of activity.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Combat Vahzilok in Kings Row
    • Defeat 10 Vahzilok

You have stopped the Vahzilok from kidnapping the residents of Kings Row.

Hit the streets and defeat as many Vahzilok as you can find[]

Briefing

My sources have been reporting a strange trend in the latest round of Vahzilok kidnappings. It seems they're targeting particular individuals! I want you to hit the streets and defeat as many Vahzilok as you can find. Maybe we can figure out who they're targeting and why.

You should look for Vahzilok in Kings Row or Steel Canyon. Those areas have been hit particularly hard.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Learn about kidnapping targets
    • Defeat 10 Vahzilok

On the last Vahzilok you defeated, you found a list of names.

Enemies

List of names
You took this list of names off a Vahzilok you defeated. It may enumerate the Vahzilok's next few kidnapping targets.

Debriefing

Yes, several of the people on this list have been reported missing. I'll warn the others right away! We'll have to look for a connection between these people. This could be a big clue to Vahzilok's future plans.
