Mr. Rodney in New Haven, Cap Au Diable
Mr. Rodney is a costume contact for villains that can be found 50 yards north of the New Haven marker in Cap Au Diable, inside the Mansion gates. Starting from Issue 21 (The City of Heroes Freedom Update), Villains now go to him instead of Kalinda or Matthew Burke for cape and aura missions. The cape mission is a vailable at level 20, and the aura mission is available at level 30.
