Neuronic Shutdown is an enhancement set in the hold category.

The level range of Neuronic Shutdown is 10 to 30. Its accuracy/recharge enhancement is uncommon, and the rest are rare.

Crafted versions of Neuronic Shutdown enhancements can be made from recipes earned in-game. Attuned versions can be purchased separately from the Paragon Market, or as a bundle of all six for 800 Paragon Points.
