Notice of the Well is a rare basic incarnate salvage item.

You have drawn the notice of the Well of the Furies via your actions following the subtle directives and incentives it has been spreading in the worlds. This notice will allow you to construct an Alpha Incarnate Ability of Rare quality.

Sources[]

Completing an additional weekly strike target in the same week awards the Assistant/Accomplice accomplishment badge.

Completing the Mortimer Kal Strike Force for the first time awards the Promethean accomplishment badge and Flames of Prometheus.

Notice of the Well is awarded the first time a character completes a weekly strike target for the week.

It is also awarded when the Flames of Prometheus temporary power expires upon reaching level 50.

It can also be crafted through the incarnate window:
