A prototype squad, the Powered Armor Cops are officers who strap themselves into mechanical combat exoskeletons which are armed with heavy machineguns and provide strength and reflex enhancements.

To keep up with the inhuman abilities of some villains, the PPD has engineered a power armor unit. Trained PPD officers don servo-assisted combat armor which not only protects them, but increases their strength and reflexes. Heavy machine guns and energy weapons add impressive firepower to the mix. These awesome but costly suits are reserved for major conflicts against Paragon City's most fearsome foes.
