The level range of Sovereign Right is 25 to 50. All enhancements in the set are rare.

Crafted versions of Sovereign Right enhancements can be made from recipes earned in-game. Attuned versions can be purchased separately from the Paragon Market, or as a bundle of all six for 928 Paragon Points.
